Die Diakonie Michaelshoven steht seit 1950 für Engagement in Köln und der Region – mit Angeboten in Gesundheit, Sozialem, Pflege und Bildung und einer Mission, die auf Herz, Verstand und Bereitschaft für andere baut. Dafür haben wir als Freelancer die Kreativdirektion und Schnittregie einer Videoreihe zur Arbeitgebermarke „Arbeiten bei der Diakonie Michaelshoven: hilfsbereit.“ übernommen: Fünf Mitarbeitende erzählen, warum sie dort arbeiten, wobei sie helfen wollen – und wofür sie bereit sind.
Diakonie Michaelshoven has stood for social commitment in Cologne and the surrounding region since 1950—with services across health, social care, nursing, and education, and a mission built on heart, reason, and a willingness to be there for others. As freelancers, we led the creative direction and edit direction for a video series for the employer brand “Arbeiten bei der Diakonie Michaelshoven: hilfsbereit.”: five employees share why they work there, how they want to help, and what they’re willing to step up for.
