An apprenticeship with the District of Gütersloh — we love it. For this, we developed the interview questions and supervised the edit for ten apprentice/trainee portraits. They showcase the wide range of roles across administration, health services, food safety, technical services, and social services — from IT and surveying to road maintenance and emergency services. The apprentices themselves talk about their day-to-day work, entry requirements, what they learn, and their strong chances of being taken on after qualification.
