Content-Basis waren Kampagnenmotive sowie Video-Snippets aus den Jobporträtfilmen mit echten Mitarbeitenden, die Werte und Alltag greifbar machen und direkt zur Bewerbung führen.
As freelancers, we wrote the captions for the District of Gütersloh’s Instagram and LinkedIn posts—both organic content and paid ads—consistent with the employer brand and clearly focused on recruiting. The content was built around campaign visuals and video snippets from the job portrait films featuring real employees, making values and day-to-day work tangible and driving directly to the application.
